ERC To Acquire Oasis Systems, Adding Scale

The private equity firm Brightstar Capital Partners on Wednesday said its portfolio company ERC, LLC, has agreed to acquire Oasis Systems, LLC, in a deal that adds significant scale, technology expertise and customers in the federal space. Terms of the deal, which is expected to close during the second quarter, were not disclosed.
