Elbit Systems To Upgrade Tanks For Asia-Pacific Customer

Israel's Elbit Systems March 20 said it was awarded a three-year, potential $290 million contract by a customer in the Asia-Pacific region to upgrade its tanks. The customer was not identified. The upgrade program will provide the tanks with night operation capabilities by supplying a variety of advanced systems, such as gunner sights and fire control systems.
