The Pentagon's Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has issued a Sources Sought notice to identify U.S. universities that have established partnering relationships with international universities in order to address basic and early applied science opportunities to reduce, eliminate, and counter weapons of mass destruction (WMD) across the CBRNE spectrum.
