The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) seeking systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA) support for the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC). DIA is seeking responses only from small businesses to assist NGIC and the Defense Information Systems Agency in creating an acquisition strategy the fairly considers small business ability to participate in an eventual acquisition, either as prime contractors or as subcontractors.
