The Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate has revised a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) issued last September for Home Made Explosives (HME) Detection System Capability Development. S&T is using a two phased approach to development, with white papers for both phases due Oct. 12 and full proposals due by Dec. 10.
