DHS Issues Draft RFP for EAGLE II Acquisition

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued the draft Request for Proposals for the Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) II procurement. The objective of the procurement is to establish the next-generation of EAGLE indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts that will provide information technology support services in three functional categories: Service Delivery; Program Support; and Independent Test, Validation, Verification and Evaluation.
