Denmark has awarded a $9.6 million contract to acquire AeroVironment’s [AVAV] Puma unmanned aerial vehicles, the company said yesterday. AeroVironment will supply the 13-pound Puma AE systems designed for land-and maritime-based intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) operations to the Danish Armed Forces.
