Dassault Acquires Alcatel-Lucent Share Of Thales

Dassault Aviation signed papers to acquire Alcatel-Lucent [ALU] shares in Thales, Alcatel-Lucent announced. The deal involved 41,262,481 Thales shares. This transaction will be based on a price of Euro38 per share, representing a total value of about Euro1.57 billion. The deal is expected to close in the spring, subject to regulatory and administrative approvals, including an antitrust review.
