Cubic Corp. [CUB] on Friday named William Boyle, who previously was the company’s interim CEO and its chief financial officer, as the permanent CEO.
Boyle, 78, became interim CEO in last June following the death of Walter Zable, the company’s founder and former CEO. Boyle joined Cubic as CFO in 1983.
Cubic also appointed Bradley Feldman, 51, the president of Cubic Defense Systems since 2008, to the new position of president and chief operating officer. For the time being, Feldman will also continue as president of Cubic Defense Systems.
In other actions, Cubic named Jay Thomas, 59, as its new CFO. Thomas has been with Cubic since 1980 and previously served as senior vice president for Finance and Corporate Development.
