Cubic Names Boyle CEO, Taps Defense Chief As President

Cubic Corp. [CUB] on Friday named William Boyle, who previously was the company’s interim CEO and its chief financial officer, as the permanent CEO. Boyle, 78, became interim CEO in last June following the death of Walter Zable, the company’s founder and former CEO. Boyle joined Cubic as CFO in 1983.
