Cubic Corp. [CUB] is expanding its tactical communications and training capabilities for clients with the acquisition of British antenna manufacturer Deltenna Ltd. in a deal finalized on July 18.Deltenna will provide its radio and antenna commercial solutions to build on Cubic’s ability to deliver high-capacity data networks and critical communications tools.
