XL Scientific LLC, doing business as Verus Research,* Albuquerque, New Mexico, is awarded a $15,688,404 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the development, test, and evaluation of a Dual X-Band High-Power Microwave Test and Evaluation (T&E) System.
