Progeny Systems Corp., Manassas, Virginia, is awarded an $8,720,791 cost-plus-fixed-fee, level of effort and cost contract (N65236-22-C-8019) for Submarine Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat, and Intelligence (C5I) Engineering, Testing and Engineering Tools Development. The contract is a Phase III Small Business Innovation Research award. The contract includes a base period of one year with four one-year option periods.
