MullenLowe U.S. Inc., Boston, Massachusetts, is awarded a $19,641,340 firm-fixed-price modification (P00006) to previously awarded, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract H98210-19-D-0001 with reimbursable elements for the Office of People Analytics marketing and advertising services. The modification increases the total contract ceiling to $216,343,743 from $196,702,403 in order to execute additional quantity requirements for digital media including streaming video/radio and social media placements in support of the Department of Defense and the All-Volunteer Force.
