Mnemonics Inc.,* Melbourne, Florida, is awarded a $13,397,500 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the production and delivery of a maximum of 600 Radio Frequency Blanking units (RFBU) for production and 100 RFBU for retrofitting existing RFBUs with new precision timing cards in support of the Growler capability modifications, and Block III upgrades for the EA-18G Growler and F/A-18E/F Super Hornet aircraft for the Navy. Work will be performed in Melbourne, Florida, and is expected to be completed in March 2030. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued.
