(N40080-23-D-0028), are awarded a $950,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award, design-build/design-bid-build contract for large general construction projects located primarily in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Washington area of responsibility.
