General Dynamics Electric Boat, Groton, Connecticut, is awarded a $40,125,753 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for Nuclear Regional Maintenance Department support at Naval Submarine Base, New London, Connecticut. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $183,145,187. All work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed by August 2024. If all options are exercised, work will continue through August 2028. Fiscal 2023 operations and maintenance, Navy funds in the amount of $16,000,000 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements.
