CAE USA Inc., Arlington, Texas, is awarded a $47,114,018 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. This contract provides for the design, development, integration, installation, and testing of the CF-18 Advanced Distributed Combat Training System — Phase Three, Hornet Extension Project upgrades for the government of Canada. Work will be performed in Arlington, Texas (35%); Bagotville, Canada (35%); and Cold Lake, Canada (30%), and is expected to be completed in April 2027. Foreign Military Sales customer funds in the amount of $47,114,018 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.
