Coast Guard Issues RFI for TWIC Handheld Readers

The Coast Guard has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) portable biometric readers. The service is conducting a commercial best practices market survey of what products, training, help desk support and general industry practices exist in the market to fulfill Coast Guard unique TWIC reader requirements.
