Centauri Acquires Companies To Strengthen Positions In Space, Cyber, PNT

Centauri on Wednesday said it has acquired two companies that deepen its expertise in a number of areas and bolsters its position in Dayton, Ohio, to better serve customers there. Terms of the deals for The Domain Knowledge Company (TDKC) and PreTalen, both headquartered in Dayton, were not disclosed. Centauri, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, said that following the acquisition its annual sales are around $475 million.
