Carrier Overhauls Jeopardized By Budget Gridlock on Capitol Hill

The refueling and overhaul work on a Navy aircraft carrier would be in jeopardy unless changes are made to a stopgap spending measure for the first six months of fiscal 2013 currently before the House of Representatives, the Navy’s acquisition chief said this week.
