CACI To Acquire Small IT Security Firm Pangia Technologies

CACI International [CACI] yesterday said it has agreed to acquire a small information technology (IT) firm with expertise in cyber security and application development that also has customers in the intelligence community. Terms of the deal, which is expected to close by July 1, were not disclosed. Pangia Technologies, which is based in Maryland, had $18.7 million in sales in 2010 and CACI expects the deal to be accretive to its earnings per share within one year of closing. “The…
