CACI Closes Acquisition of Pangia Technologies

CACI International [CACI] recently said it has completed its acquisition of Pangia Technologies, boosting its capabilities in cyber security and expanding its presence with the intelligence community. Terms of the deal, which was announced last month, were not disclosed (Defense Daily, June 21). Pangia brings software engineering expertise to computer network operations, information assurance, mission systems software and systems engineering and information technology infrastructure support.
