Defense Threat Reduction Agency Seeks Technical Reachback Support
The Pentagon’s Defense Threat Reduction Agency has issued a solicitation seeking technical reachback support. Support is provided to the Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, Federal Emergency Management Agency, National Guard and others. DTRA’s technical reachback subject matter experts provide around-the-clock support and are integrated directly into the science and technology committee developing CBRNE assessment and hazardous prediction software and programs. FAA Seeks Services for CBP Land Mobile Radio Tower Replacements
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), on behalf of Customs and Border Protection, has issued a pre-solicitation notice for architecture and engineering services for replacement of five Land Mobile Radio tower sites. FAA Seeks Repair Services for RVSS, MVSS
The Federal Aviation Administration, on behalf of Customs and Border Protection, is conducting a market survey to help it create an acquisition strategy for repair services of the Northern Border Remote Video Surveillance System (RVSS) electro-optical camera, pan tilt units, and the system senor ball assembly mounted on the Mobile Video Surveillance System (MVSS) skid. General Dynamics [GD] is the prime contractor for CBP’s RVSS systems and Tactical Micro, a unit of Secure Technology Company, supplies the MVSS to CBP. The FAA says that currently, PVP Advanced EO Systems is the only known source that will suffice for the requirements of this acquisition. The nature of a competition hasn’t been determined. Sol. FAA Seeks Support for MVSS Software
The Federal Aviation Administration, on behalf of Customs and Border Protection, is conducting a market survey for repair and acquisition services for various parts on the Mobile Video Surveillance System (MVSS) and the procurement and software support for the Primary Mission Support Monitor Software. The software allows the central interface to communicate with the mast control box, which in turn, commands the mast up and down.
