*The Government Accountability Office (GAO) upheld a protest by Science Applications International Corp. [SAI] over a State Department award to OSI Systems' [OSIS] Rapiscan Division for Non-Intrusive Inspection Systems. The award was open to vendors under a General Services Administration Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract but GAO found that two of Rapiscan's items were not on the FSS contract.
