The Transportation Security Administration plans to award Federated IT, Inc., a one-year contract worth up to $8.6 million for adjudication services and security threat assessments for individuals applying for credentials or access to the nation’s transportation system. Federated IT is a small business contracting with the intelligence community, Defense Department and federal civilian agencies.
