Boeing Declines To Protest FAB-T Contract Award To Raytheon

Boeing [BA] won't protest the Air Force’s Family of Advanced Beyond Line of Sight Terminals (FAB-T) contract award to Raytheon [RTN], Boeing spokesman Richard Esposito confirmed Tuesday. Raytheon was awarded a $298 million firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee modification on June 2 for FAB-T command post terminals (CPT) (Defense Daily, June 2). According to the Government Accountability Office (GAO), which handles award protests, parties have 10 calendar days from a service debriefing to file protests.
