BlueHalo Acquires Underwater Robotic Vehicle Developer VideoRay

BlueHalo last Friday said it has acquired VideoRay, a developer and manufacturer of remotely operated underwater vehicles, giving the defense technology company a presence in the unmanned maritime market. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. BlueHalo is being acquired by AeroVironment [AVAV], a transaction expected to close in the first half of 2025 (Defense Daily, Nov. 19).
