Blue Origin’s New Glenn Debuts, Company to Re-test Booster in Coming Months

Blue Origin's New Glenn rocket had its debut launch early Thursday morning from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Fla. Named after the late John Glenn, the first U.S. astronaut to orbit Earth on Feb. 20, 1962, New Glenn achieved low Earth orbit but lost the booster on its descent, Blue Origin said in a statement.
