Blackhawk Modifications and Atlantic Turbines International have entered a teaming agreement to expand turbine engine capabilities, forming a new company, Vector-Hawk Aerospace, headquartered in Daleville, Ala. The new company will operate separately from the existing businesses of each company, to offer Pratt & Whitney [UTX] PT6A powered government operators a one-stop option for new engine enhancements as well as repair and overhaul services.
