BAE Systems yesterday announced the appointment of Bob Murphy as President of BAE Systems Land & Armaments operating group. Murphy succeeds Linda Hudson, appointed President and CEO of BAE Systems Inc., Oct. 26 (Defense Daily, Oct. 27). At that time, Murphy was named acting president of Land & Armaments, where he had been executive vice president since November 2008.
