BAE In Information Technology JV With Small Firm

BAE Systems on Monday said it has formed a joint venture with the information technology (IT) services company Purisolve, Inc. to pursue business in the federal market. The Promoveo Solutions JV grew out of a Small Business Administration mentor-protégé agreement between BAE and Atlanta-based Purisolve, a historically under-utilized business zones certified small business.
