Army Materiel Command Leader Fired After Investigation Into Promotion Board Interference

Army Secretary Christine Wormuth has officially relieved Gen. Charles Hamilton, head of Army Materiel Command (AMC), following an Army inspector general investigation into his improper involvement in a subordinate officer’s promotion process.
