Army INSCOM Plans RFP for Signature Support Program

The Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Signature Support Program (SSP) requirement, which is a joint, multi- agency activity sponsored by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) to meet increased customer demands for signature data. The program addresses a host of signature types, including, but not limited to, acoustic, biological, chemical, seismic, radio frequency, infrared, radar, nuclear radiation, electro-optical, and biometrics.
