The Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) under its Identity Intelligence (I2) Biometric Enabled Intelligence program to support the mission of attaining identity and denying anonymity to adversaries. The program requires a range of coordinated biometric technical and professional support services for intelligence integration and the integration of emerging technologies. Through the acquisition INSCOM expects to improve the responsiveness to emerging customer requirements, governance, completion and access to emerging I2 biometrics technologies and services and allow for greater efficiencies and cost savings over the life of the contract.
