Army Awards $436.7 Million Order To Boeing For AH-64E Apaches

The Army has placed a $436.7 million order with Boeing [BA] for AH-64E Apache helicopters, the Pentagon announced Tuesday evening.  Work on the deal is expected to be completed by the end of February 2025. Brig. Gen. Rob Barrie, the Army’s Program Executive Officer for Aviation, said last month the service is in the process of negotiating its final multi-year contract for its Apache helicopters, as well as its Black Hawks, as the service shifts its priority to the Future…
