Anduril Acquires Radar, C2 Businesses Of Numerica To Boost Air Defense Solutions

Anduril Industries on Thursday said it acquired the radar, and command and control (C2) businesses of Numerica Corp., adding new products, capabilities, and expertise that bolster its solutions for air and missile defense, and vehicle protection. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition adds more than 100 employees, including senior leadership, to Anduril and is essentially all of Numerica and its intellectual property.
