The Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) last month announced an open season to restructure existing teams for all domains under the Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) program. EXPRESS is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) program based upon the use of GSA Federal Supply Schedules for acquiring advisory and assistance services, to include all supervision, labor, incidental materials, and travel.
