After Delays, Coast Guard Hopes To Get Fourth NSC On Contract This Summer

By Calvin Biesecker The Coast Guard is wrapping up the discussion phase with Northrop Grumman [NOC] as part of the contracting process for the next National Security Cutter (NSC) and soon expects to enter negotiations leading to contract award this summer, according to the head of Coast Guard acquisition.
