A-T Solutions Acquires IT Firm Serving Intel Community

A-T Solutions, Inc., yesterday said it has acquired Innovative Technology Systems, Inc. (ITS), an information technology (IT) firm serving the intelligence community, DoD and other government agencies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. A-T Solutions said the deal expands its capabilities to service customers in the intelligence community by providing it with more breadth of IT solutions.
