Wes Bush Gets Chairman Role At Northrop Grumman

Northrop Grumman [NOC] President and CEO Wes Bush yesterday was named the company’s chairman effective immediately. Bush succeeds Lew Coleman, who has served as non-executive chairman since January 2010. Coleman, who is the president and chief financial officer of DreamWorks Animation SKG [DWA], will remain on Northrop Grumman’s board of directors as its lead independent director. Bush became president and CEO of Northrop Grumman in January 2010. Previous to that he was president and chief operating officer.
