VT Group Acquires Naval Engineering Company DELTA Resources

VT Group on Monday said it has acquired DELTA Resources, Inc., a provider of naval systems engineering and technical services to the Navy. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. DELTA, which is based in Northern Virginia, has 350 employees.
