Voyager Technologies Begins Road Show For Proposed Public Offering

Space and defense technology company Voyager Technologies on Monday said it has begun its investor roadshow as part of previously announced plans for an initial public offering (IPO). The Denver-based company said its IPO would include 11 million shares of Class A common stock expected to be priced at between $26 and $29 per share, which would put the raise at between $286 million and $319 million.
