Venture-Backed Data Management Company Onebrief Closes $200 Million Round; Acquires Battle Road Digital

Onebrief, a startup developing a data management platform to automate workflows and reports for military commands, leaders and planners, has closed a $200 million funding round, enabling the company to acquire Battle Road Digital in a deal that adds war gaming technology to its solution. The Series D round was led by Battery Ventures and Sapphire Ventures and values Onebrief at nearly $2.2 billion.
