National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan recently announced the Biden administration welcomed a new partnership between U.S. and Indian companies for co-production of U.S. sonobuoys to be used by the Indian Navy. The U.S.-based Ultra Maritime agreed to work with Indian defense firm Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) to supply and manufacture sonobuoys for the Indian Navy to the U.S. Navy standards.
