TSA Plans Full Implementation this Year of FBI Rap Back for Aviation Workers

In April the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will begin pilot projects at two airports to vet aviation employees against FBI criminal databases and if all goes well the Rap Back program will be extended to all aviation workers at airports in the U.S., says Peter Neffenger, administrator of TSA.The Rap Back pilots are slated to begin at Dallas-Fort Worth and Boston Logan International Airports on April 1 and run for about two months, Neffenger tells the Senate Appropriations Homeland Security…
