TSA administrator ‘a huge fan’ of third-party canine cargo screening

US Transportation Security Administration (TSA) head Peter Neffenger expressed support for using third-party canines to inspect air cargo for explosives. TSA has been studying the idea of setting standards for non-government, third-party canine cargo screening at off-airport sites for at least five years.
