Box in Arlington, Va.--a customary missive sent to all prospective presidents/transition teams offering the use of governmental office "space and communication systems, IT support, financial management, human resources management, telephones, furniture, vehicles, office equipment, mail management, and administrative support services (such as payroll, financial services, and contracting.)"
