Trump Signs Executive Order Establishing DOGE Office, With Focus On Upgrading Federal IT

President Trump on Monday evening signed an executive order formally establishing the Department of Government Efficiency, with the mandate highlighting that the initiative will focus on upgrading federal information technology and software.
