Boosting the military’s size and budget was a structural element of President Donald Trump’s campaign platform, but there is little agreement on how to pay for the unspecified increases now that he has taken office.Even within Trump’s party there is little unity on how to pay for what could be an estimated $80 billion increase in defense spending over the next four or five years, experts said Monday at a forum hosted by the Center for Strategic and International Studies…
